Hy! 

My name is Guylaine Angers.  I have been breeding Maltese since 1999.

I acquired my first female in June 1998 and I litterraly fell in love with this breed!  

 I knew a breeder, from the Quebec City area, wich had a rather good-looking male.

A telephone call soon permitted to settle a date for the mating. And all went on as planned! 

My little CHOUPETTE (her official name is ROSE-BLANCHE DE ST-UBALD) finally got her first litter under way!

      May 6th,1999. CHOUPETTE has two pups, both are females. 

The first one is named CHAYA, the second one, NICKIE.  My parents adopted CHAYA and I sold NICKIE, a bit afterward.  

CHOUPETTE had another litter on October 31, 1999 with the same male she had been matched with during spring. 

This time, she whelped two adorable males (called TI-POU and TEDDY) and one lovely female (ANGIE KAYLA).  

I kept ANGIE KAYLA so the breeding program could go on. 

TI-POU was adopted by one of my aunts and I sold TEDDY.  

 Then, at long last, I gave CHOUPETTE a rest for her next two heat periods.

                 In March of year 2000, I went to Magnolia, Texas, to buy a little male named CHUBBY TEX-MEX.  He would be a very handsome specimen for my breeding program. 

     You see, I wanted to be able to breed  my dogs by myself, without  any help from other breeders.

June 2002, I am going back to the USA. Suzie Pham, a lady from the state of Virginia, has told me of a boy called Poil d'Ange Fletcher. 

      Acquiring this one, I was sure of it, would be really rewarding. And guess what? It did bring a reward!

        We live in Shawinigan, a town located not far from Trois-Rivières, a city wich borders the magnificient Saint-Laurent (a map, perhaps?). 

        Nowadays, my spouse and I enjoy showing our dogs throughout the province of Quebec. 

If we happen to fancy about competing everywhere in Canada, not to say the United States, let us just say it is also because we like to meet other Maltese fanciers!
